Account Deletion Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2025

1. Requesting Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and any associated data for Mada Go,
please send an email to:app@madacenter.com

with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include in the email:

• - The email address associated with your account
• - (Optional) Any additional identifying information if you used a third-party login (e.g., Google or Apple)

Once your request is received, we will verify your identity and process the deletion.

2. What Happens When You Request Deletion

When you request deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days:

• - Your user account and profile data
• - Any personal information you’ve provided (such as name, email, etc.)
• - Usage data and preferences associated with your account

The following data may be retained for legal or operational reasons:

• - Transaction or payment records (retained for up to 90 days for audit and legal compliance)
• - Aggregated or anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify you

3. Confirmation

Once your deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you reinstall or reopen the app later, you’ll need to create a new account to use the app again.
